Proofs are returned to client within 1-5 days from when they are taken, During grad season it may be 5-10. Turnaround time for edited images are between 5 - 14 business days from when the client selects images to be edited if rush edits aren’t purchased (1-3 business days).

Extra edits and Video work is serviced later after initial packaged photo’s are returned.

Video work Can take up to 30 days to be returned BUT usually is Given between 10-20 business days.

Creative Shoots have no Time Limit if Free, Usually Within 1-2 Month turnaround if so.

Rescheduling is free depending on the day. If i’m free its free, if i’m not and i have to squeeze you in there will be a $100 Fee.

The photos of course looks gorgeous out of camera but I add color correction, blemish removal, stray hair removal, sky replacement if needed, etc. I DO NOT do body modifications unless paid for in the premium edits add on. PLEASE wear your correct size.

I recommend a total of 2-4 people for anything outside. Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures and we end up shooting way less than we were suppose to But it’s up to you. Bring the whole family if you want!

Inside studio shoots keep it down to 2-5 guests if not being shot please.

All photoshoot bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, if you need to cancel and notify us more than 72 hours before your scheduled shoot, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund on your deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are not eligible for any refund. Edited work that has been delivered is also non-refundable due to the time, resources, and creative effort invested.

The only exception to this policy is in the case of unavoidable "Acts of God" (such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other unforeseen emergencies) that prevent the session from taking place. In such instances, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit at our discretion.
